LCD Soundsystem “Tribulations”
We’re nearing the halfway mark of 2011, and we’ve already experienced several historic moments in music (Arcade Fire winning Album of The Year and some other shit). One I will always remember, is the final show of LCD Soundsystem. While I wasn’t there to enjoy it, I was able to catch the live stream of it, courtesy of everyone’s favorite site, Pitchfork.
Over the years, James Murphy and the boys have produced some of the hippest, grooviest, music I’ve ever had the privilege to hear, and I’m truly sorry to see them go.
Fortunately, we’ll be able to see them again in about 10 years during their reunion show (I’m totally calling it).
